Unfair Claim Rejection and Policy Termination – IWYZE Insurance

I am extremely disappointed with IWYZE Insurance’s refusal to pay out my legitimate claim for damages caused to my house during the heavy rains in December, January, and February 2025. Despite explaining that the damage is recent, IWYZE has wrongfully categorised it as “gradual deterioration” and “rising damp” to avoid honouring my claim.

I trusted IWYZE to provide reliable home insurance, but instead, they have dismissed my claim unfairly and are now threatening to terminate my policy. This is unacceptable and feels like bad faith conduct from an insurer that is supposed to protect its clients during difficult times.

I demand that IWYZE reassess my claim fairly and in accordance with my policy terms. If this issue is not resolved, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance and take further legal action if necessary.

I urge anyone considering IWYZE to think twice before choosing them as their insurer. This experience has shown me that they will do anything to avoid paying out valid claims!
