Unfair Claim Procedure: iWyze

I would like to share iWyze's unfair claim procedures as outline below:

1. Cancellation of Insurance - On the 6th of January 2020 I received a notification cancelling my car Insurance because I am using it for Commercial use. When I was requesting a quote from iWyze I told them this Bakkie will be used for Commercial use, as I have a small Holding farm selling cattles and that is one of the reasons to buy a big bakkie. In my conversation with the Salesman I even told him in case of an incident where I would need a hired car they must provide me with the same car and the capacity because if they do not do that it will affect my business. My question here is why I was accepted in the first place, if they do not insure Commercial Vehicles and I never get any response from them. 2. Avis Rental - Month Later on the 6th February 2020 my Credit Card was debited R2057.99 by Avis. My Accident happened on the 15th November 2019 only responded on the 19th December after many follow ups asking how far are they to finalize my claim. iWyze extended the car rental for another 5 days to finalize and when Lawrence Petzer (Investigator) called regarding their rejection I told him I am in JHB, I will be able to drop off the car Monday 23rd December 2019. Avis told me iWyze only paid 2 days out of 5 days and they never communicated that with me to explain their reasons for doing that... 3. Tracking Unit - After my claim was rejected on my Appeal I supported with a Netstar's report of the entire day for them to see my driving behaviour in order for them to make an informed decision from an external report and that report is clearly showing something was wrong travelling by 35km/h within a split second accelerate and harsh breaks?? iWyze decided to disregard Tracker information as they cannot place reliance on it because sometimes it loses network and my question is if there was no network there but why do they have data of everything that was happening? iWyze one of their prerequisite was to get a Tracker Unit to be insured by them and the salesman recommended Netstar, now that Netstar Tracker is not working in their favour they cannot use their information and why did I have to pay a useless device who cannot help me in times like this? Here I am not disputing that yes I exceeded the speed limit but what led me to do so and Lawrence Petzer (Investigator) had no regard/interest to know the cause of the Accident but just to reject it. I just remember after my first Interview with him, when I was leaving his Office he said "Wow My friend you have a bad tracking record and iWyze after this they are going to cancel your insurance" and exactly that is what happened, they didn't even wait to finalize the dispute. 4. Car st********** - For the purposes of assessing the vehicle damage, the assessors had to strip the vehicle. However, they never bothered to assemble back to the condition it was in. Furthermore, they used the pictures of the stripped vehicle as the vehicle damage. This is misleading as some parts of the vehicle were only stripped by them and not as a result of the damage. For instance, the bonnet and headlights was taken off the vehicle, this could be read by someone as if the accident resulted in the vehicle without both the bonnet and headlights on. iWyze very aware that I do not have a garage to store while naked (pictures to be inserted).

iWyze from the start of my claim they showed no interest to help me as their client to the point further to just cancel my Insurance while they know we have a dispute and if we are talking a business sense who can be interested to help someone you already took him off from your books?
