My husband contacted Iwyze on my behalf as my phone had died. <br> <br> They called my husband back to get hold of a tow-truckat the scene despite his insistance that they make arrangements. <br> <br> My husband got to the scene, he handed the phone over to the towing service ACTION TOWING who, according to the recorded call we received, **** and pretended to be my husband claiming that I (his \wife") had made all the necessary arrangements and my car was being towed to SMT by the towing service. <br> <br> 1.
