********* Service

My mom recently put in a claim and the claim was approved. However, iWyze has appointed a supplier to make the purchase on her behalf. Our issue with this is that there has been no discussion on the handover of the receipt- which is required should the goods be faulty during the guarantee/warranty period. She also does not know which store she'll go to should the goods be faulty. To her it seems as though iWyze refuses to protect her as a consumer. She wants to know why the purchasing supplier is not allowing her to go with them to go and make the purchase. The call centre was pretty pathetic in answering some basic questions on who do you call if the goods are faulty during the warranty period. Can someone clarify how the process works and ensure that we have the receipt reputable store name and the exact brands that need to be replaced? The consumer act seems to have different thoughts on how this should work particularly the right to have proof of payment in order to make valid claims from the supplier. This definitely sounds like the supplier will give us their choice of brand or anything in their store room.
