Unbelievable IWYZE refuses to pay out. Disgraceful

Dear Sir/ Madam

My cellphone was ****** yesterday. I went to report to Pep Stores where I had bought the phone. Do I have to report at police station today in order to claim? They have already blocked the phone.

The Importance of having a WILL Death is inevitable and while thinking about it is uncomfortable, it is as important to ensure that our loved ones and assets are taken care of in the manner that we desire.

A will is a legal document that outlines your wishes regarding the distribution of your assets, guardianship of dependents, and other important matters after your passing. Here are some compelling reasons why you should consider creating a will:

A will empowers you to decide how your assets, including property, savings, investments, and personal belongings, will be distributed among your beneficiaries. Without a will, the state's laws will dictate how your assets are divided, potentially leading to outcomes that do not align with your intentions or the needs of your loved ones. A well-drafted will provides clear instructions, minimizing the potential for conflicts and disputes among family members. Unclear or absent directives can lead to misunderstandings, strained relationships, and costly legal battles that can further burden your grieving loved ones. If you have minor children or dependents with special needs, a will allows you to designate a guardian of your choice. This ensures that your children are entrusted to someone who shares your values and can provide them with the care they need. The passing of a loved one is an emotionally challenging time. Having a will in place provides your family with clear guidance, reducing stress and uncer*****y during an already difficult period. Dear Sir / Madam

My apologies. Here is the proof that the phone was ****** on 30 October. This is the email I sent before. The police delayed with a number they were waiting for and that's why it was the wrong date on the police statement. I'll go back to police for an affidavit to rectify the mistake. I hope this will solve the problem..

Dear Sir/ Madam

Above is a response I received from IWYZE? First they tried to say I reported that the incident occurred on the 31 October because they thought they did not have to pay the claim if it happened on the last day of the month? They said because I haven't paid my premium on the 31st my claim was null and void. When they discovered that won't work, now they are trying another angle. In the meantime, what do they think their clients like me and others will think if I have a car and two phones insured with them? What confidence can I have in them that they would pay any other claims if the smallest claim isn't paid out? Doesn't that make me think why should I be insured with them,if they refuse to pay the smallest claim? Which means ,I wouldn't stand a chance if there was a bigger claim like my IPhone or my car? Absolutely shocking!!
Now, since they cannot get joy from the date of the ****** phone, now they are asking for phone records, and bank statements. I don't have a problem? I've asked Vodacom and PhoneYam to provide the records they want, but I DO think it's an invasion of privacy for a company to ask for phone records and bank statements, as I don't see the relevance,or is it just another ploy to stall not to pay out insurance? They are using all the tricks they can find ,to delay paying out or too resist paying out at all. Is this the sort of company one can trust or want to be associated with? They have all these grand adverts of what a great company they are when they are looking for clients but when they have clients they treat them them like dirt? Absolutely shocking!!

It's now a month since the ****** phone was reported. So far they have been using delaying tactics? What sort of company doesn't pay out a claim for a phone valued at R2500? So what confidence can I or the public have in a company like IWYZE ,and what hope do I have that they would pay out a claim if something happens to my car or iPhone which is also insured with them? That means I may as well not have insurance at all, as it's just a money making ****?
