Unauthorized Debit Order From Iwyze

I would like to get assistance in stopping Iwyze from further attempting to debit my account. I have never joined Iwyze Insurance & not planning on doing so in future. On the 14th of March 2023 & 26 March 2023 they made debit attempts of R848.73 which failed. I never authorized that debit order and I still wonder where they got my banking details from. I contacted my bank & they said I should speak to the service provider & I told them I do not see the need of reaching out to a company that I have never spoken to & who did not respect me enough to get authorization from the account holder to debit my account. I have since incurred bank charges due to their failed debits attempts .Please help me fix this problem
