Unauthorized debit order

I last belonged to Old mutual gap cover 2021. I had cancelled my policy due to the fact that i submitted two separate claims to them which they declined. I stopped paying my premium, since September 2021 it was good as i had no more dealings with them. Today i see a debit order they tried taking out of my acc, this is ******** as I did not consent for them to do so(theft and *****).. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman as well as they had no right to do what they did
