Unauthorized Debit Order

How a car insurance policy debit order that was canceled in January is resubmitted in December beats me. The thing is I even called customer car in June to ask for a cancellation letter since Iwyze was still showing on my profile, and I was reassured that it’s canceled. Please remove my details on your system, now I’ve even incurred unnecessary charges due to an unauthorized debit order that was unpaid.
