Un-Refunded Amount due to me

I had a car & household insurance with Iwyze. In March 2025 my fence was knocked down by motor vehicle . Put my claim with my so called insurance,they informed me that they won't pay me caused I have a default in my name but when I joined they didn't tell me about defaults. I joined that insurance in October 2023 they continued saying since I have that default they will only refund me from August 2024 till April 2025,cause they regarded me as a person who was not insured with them. Kindly assist as a person who was regarded as uninsured I demand for other months they didn't not pay from Oct 2023 to July 2024 your assistance in this regard will be appreciated
