Don't respond o emails - Also Delete emails before reading - Take too long to solve your problems- and eventually they never do - They expect you to forget about getting your voice heard - and if you complain they cancel your insurance policy - This is what happened to me - I have complained - last year and to date not assisted - I sent proof of payments to them and they pay half of what I paid - Even though I sent them proof - come with some nonsense like you have not maintained your property - how absurd- why are we taking insurance - they people just ignore you . Don't recommend doing business with them !! When they know they must pay you back - they quickly send you a document to sign under duress / Ransom so they don't pay you full.
