So its 2 weeks now that my car did not had an professional damage assessment, during the first week they did not know where my car is, my car was taken to Rivonia after i requested it to be fixed in Pretoria, insurance send me a quote that must have been china parts on my mercedes s class. The person that did the quote didn't even see my car. None of the panellbeaters they suggested are qualified to work with the electronics of my car. So im without a car, and in 2 weeks time they did nothing to fix my car, what a *****ulent insurance comany, i was insured at hollard and discovery before never had this problems. The staff is lying the one after the other to trying to smokescreen the situation.
