*****ulent Insurance

I claimed for TV and was told to look for repair shop to get it checked. I asked why should it be my responsibility to look for someone to check my broken insured appliances, i got insurance to avoid doing such. When i informed them that the shops around do not open weekends and can’t afford to take leave for such they rejected my claim. When i checked on app it shows they reviewed an assessors report which was never done at my house…. No assessor has been here to check
