Trying to rob us

We cancelled our policy to move on to a better insurer as iWyze is really bad. We cancelled before our next debit order and iwyze is still insisting on taking the money from my account and then charging me R450 to reverse it. So i have to put money in my account for them to take the money out and then charge me R450 to return the money. I'm confused and irritated.
