Treate d like a ******** When Claiming

<p>No Title</p> <p>I recently got into an accident on the 17th of February, the tow truck was the first at scene and i called Iwyze to assist and they said the tow company can tow my car. Later on when i claim for my car they tell me that its a write off and an investigator will be in contact with me to get my statement.<br /> <br /> I did an interview with the investigator(Keegan Samuels) and gave him all the details he asked from me and promised to give me the final decision in 10 working days, the investigator kept on asking me if i was drunk and i told him that i didnt even drink that day, and then after a week he went behind my back to where i stay and was asking for video footage from my flat to see if i was drunk and busy asking the security guards if i was drunk that day.<br /> <br /> Now that 10 days has passed he asks me to provide them with my Beacon and billing of my Cell phone number so that they can confirm my location prior to the day of the accident. When i told him that i have never even heard of such and that kind of information was never included in my policy when i app**** for insurance and debit me for my premiums, he then sends a threatening email to say if i dont comply with the request for my Beacon and Billing my claim wont be validated and will get rejected, he then sends an attachment that he says it was extracted from my policy about what should happen when i claim but that part he sent is not even there. <br /> <br /> So i have decided to give them what they require for and hope that they do not come back to me asking me for anything again.It has been 28 days since i had the accident and seems like my claim is being pro-longed . I dont like the service he is providing to me cause now i am being treated like it is a crime to claim while each an every month i pay my premiums.</p> <p> </p>
