Took an extra amount

Our agreement was that you will debit monthly premium of R 1307.77 but for this month you just decided to debit an amount of R 1995. 00.

This is very unprofessional and is annoying, you have no right to do as you please while we have an agreement inplace, i demand an explanation and that the extra amount you took is paid back to my account immediately before i take further action on this matter.
