DO NOT TRUST IWYZE!!!!!
I understand an accident happened with me last year September 2014 just 3 days before my claim reward to be paid into my account. we you Iwyze got your money in full from the third party and last week you paid me back my access money of R2750 but you never paid my claim reward money around R 3300
I called Iwyze and Mr Mathews *** he got back to me saying sorry they wont be able to pay my reward money system doesn't allow. honestly is this a real excuse?

I never been at fault in the accident, the driver hit me from behind he was on his phone and he admitted to the police and you got your full money claim from the third party so I don't understand why you don't want to pay me the reward.
I have 2 cars insured with you for many years I never been in any default of payment so why you want to loose me for R3300 every time I talk to you guys you tell me system I am dealing with you not the system,

you have 2 options or you pay my Reward money or I am moving to another company. I am serious I give you 7 days to reply to this message. had enough stories.

Hello francogaby,

No claims within a 36 month period is a qualifying condition for the No-Claim Reward and unfortunately your accident that led to a claim fell within this qualifying period. Any claim that you submit, regardless of whether or not the accident was your fault will reset your No-Claim Reward to zero. This is explained in your policy documents that we sent to you via your preferred method.

We also checked whether this was disclosed to you when you registered your claim and we can confirm that it was and that you chose to continue with the claim. An error on our side was that you received the No-Claim Reward documentation for which we apologise and we have corrected this process so that this type of error doesn't happen again. The information that Mathew gave you was incorrect for which we also apologise - this will be raised with his Team Leader and Manager.

Please don't hesitate to email me on *** should you have any further queries.

We're sorry to hear that you are considering cancellation and hope that you will reconsider.

Kind Regards
Tasmin
