This review doesn't even deserve 1 star. I finally cancelled my policy due to the terrible service from Refilwe and the arrogance of Jazreel and his team leader, Nashique. These individuals clearly do not know how to cater to clients' needs. Before shopping around, I called Refilwe to explain that I couldn't afford the policy and didn't want to leave, but she basically said there was nothing she could do since I had already received the maximum discount. Jazreel was extremely arrogant in his explanation, and his manager was of no assistance whatsoever. I have cancelled my policy, and my husband will also be cancelling our business insurance. Will not stand for such pathetic service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IWYZE TO ANYONE. I SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED A LONG TIME AGO AFTER SEEING THE PAST TWITTER REVIEWS.
