This is not right .A year has passed now and yet still my access money hasn't been refunded.

iWYZE almost a year now my access hasn't been paid back My wife was a victim of a reckless driver , who also admitted on the police statement that he was the one who caused the accident, but now its almost year the accident happened my access hasn't been paid back and my premim went up so much.when I call the legal department they keep saying the matter is with their lawyers

I wrote the top review on 17 October2017 hoping that I will be assisted in this matter and it would be resolved . Today is 10 February 2018 and yet nothing is happening my access still hasn't been refunded this is the worst insurance .The whole year has passed and yet the iwyze legal team is still working on the matter
