Third party no response.

I received a letter confirming Iwyze is liable. Since 14 July i logged a quiery no feedback. PABALLO KEKANA is responsible. No email/calls/sms or anything to acknowledge if my documents arr all in order. Its unacceptable to speak to ghosts. This is my second follow up on. Only response, from this side by business " will follow up". Then what?
