Third party claim motor vehicle

I have a third party claim with iwyze they keep on dragging it since i was informed that they will send the claim to their assessors I haven’t heard from them I sent an email I still didn’t get any response from them and they will get away with this they will fix my car their client ruined my property and now they are playing hide and seek. I have done everything they requested me to do what is delaying them from fixing my vehicle? These **** their very *********** and unprofessional
