Third Party Claim complaint

On Sunday the 5th of December I was involved in an accident with an iWyze client. They hit my car from rear side which resulted in it getting damaged to a point where it is non-drivable. When calling iWyze as a third party, I informed the person who was assisting me that we only have one car in my household and that we need our issue attended to urgently. The person assisting me told me that they would first repair the their clients vehicle then come to mine. Now, for me to go to work I now have to spend R200 a day, due to the distance between my home and workplace. The December holidays are coming up, my family and I need to leave the city to go to another on the 23rd of December and we do not have a car. It has now been 6 days since the claim has been submitted but nothing is being said to me on how we can move forward from here. Mind you, I was the one that was wronged. It was not a collision we both participated in. Your client wronged me, but now we are the one's suffering. How will I afford R200 everyday to go to work? My family and I need to leave in the next 13 days, we do not have a vehicle and it seems like the company does not care. If we hire who is liable for the payment? Is it me? The one who was wronged? For my family now to go to a simple place like the mall we have to Uber. It is the December holidays now, my kids have to miss out on activities because using an Uber is not cheap.

This situation is really affecting my family in more ways than one and I need for iWyze to really step up.

Good Day iWyze Team.

It has been a little over 4 months since the claim process began and there still has been no clear direction as to what is happening with my vehicle.
