They only care when you are a potential customer

I have noticed that the only option to make them call you or respond to your calls as their existing customer is to act as if you are a potential customer, then they will call you within a second, something they don't do when you are an existing customer.

I am still waiting for their response on my emails till todate as they do not take my calls
