They ****med me my money

They ****med me my money. I made immediate cancelation and they were supposed to take their admistration fee and refund my premium but they haven't so I asked if I have waited the whole month to get my refund, and I already did the 30 days period waiting for my refund why can't they be hold responsible for making me wait a month and not take the administration fee. I'm not going back to them at all
