They displayed that they simply don't care about their customers. They are rejecting a claim that they have delayed for almost two months saying that the driver just went to bump cars head on, I mean who on their right mind can do that. You could see that their assigned senior assessor was assigned to do one job which is to reject / dispute the claim. I feel victimized by the company and I am afraid that the same horror they shown me, they might be doing it to someone else. I'm traumatized by their way of doing things. They still deduct the premium even though I don't have the car anymore
