They hate paying
I had a vandalism claim submitted . They treated my claim with absolutely no empathy.it took them 6 MONTHS to finalise a claim for tyres ,window and badges and a punctured fuel tank! There was no communication no feed back after multiple calls and complaints .I added hire car which they only gave for a month ! They left me with no car for 5 months . Then wanted to charge ridiculous additional excess with no reason even 50% on tyres that had recently been replaced and they lost my tyres that were on the car but kept saying it was only 50% thread ! Till now still never hear anything from them
