They don't want to refund me

I have canceled my policy with them after they have increased my premium. They still debited my account even after they have sent me a cancelation letter. When I emailed them 2 weeks later they said the money has been refunded back into my account. That didn't happen. I emailed them again a couple of times with no response. Another 2 weeks later I called them and they said they will get back to me on the same day as to why the money hasn't reflected yet. They never called. So this got me thinking if they behave this way about a mere refund, what more if I had claimed. And people who've used it before warned me about iWyze and I didn't listen. Basically at the end of the day, I had to pay for 2 insurances because of iWyze
