Their customer service is appalling

Their customer service is appalling. And i had an incident where they removed my beneficiaries from my life insurance. I thought people on social media platforms were exaggerating when they said as a policy holder you should request from of your beneficiaries very often, because the people who work there remove your beneficiaries and put either themselves or people they know. Only to find out that they did the same to me! And when i sent a follow up email to customer service asking them to explain why this has happened i received no response. I will definitely be taking my life insurance else where.
