The worst service I have ever experienced

I submitted my claim with Iwyze on the 8th of July. I was informed a claims consultant would be assigned to me and contact me after my details were captured. No claims consultant called. Instead the panel beaters reached out requesting images of the damage and I shared them. This was on the 9th of July. Today is the 20th of July and I haven't received any feedback! I've been on the phone waiting to do a follow up all day! Their call waiting time was said to be 20mins at some point! I've just realized on the last call I spent 33minutes and when I was finally caller number 10, the phone cut!!! This has been the case all day! I sent a request to be called back - still nothing.
