The worst service ever

The worst service ever, more than three weeks waiting for authorization for the panel beater to fix the car. When calling I have to wait for more than 30 minutes and only be told the claim is with management. The service is my worst experience ever. So the claim will take more than a month before being authorized. Its really a mess at Iwyze
