The service is really bad
I was involved in an accident Wednesday 11/05/22 Called insurance and the car was Towed to the nearest panel beater. I have heard nothing from the insurance since then. I called the Panel Beater to check on the car and was told nothing has happened not even an assessor has come to the vehicle

I appreciate the assistance and also feel that there is space to improve.
