The Repairer From Hell Satan

Since 18 December 2021 till to date, both the insurer and the repairer have been arguing about the cost of repairs and nothing about the actual repair of the car. It has been two months and I have returned the car and the repairer has been refusing to give a car and I had to take unpaid leave for two weeks. The repairer has now decided not to give me feedback anymore. I am so frustrated to the extent that I have requested the insurer to move my car to another repairer because they have no appetite to repair on my car.
