The only challenge i experienced is when I had a breakdown and only learnt that towing the car was a nightmare. Changing the policy details was also another nightmare because twice I had to call twice when I was almost number 3 on the line. I had to change the options and get to the one that says new sales. The impression I got was only on sales where they attend to you but if you indicate existing customer, it takes long. However, Danielle was very friendly and helpful and she made me feel comfortable. We managed to complete the process and I’m now satisfied.
