The lies and deceit that iwyze feeds to it's customers!!!!!!

So here i am back again about iwyze! They finally got a move on with my claim after i complained. My assessor (Nardus Roos) sent me an email on the 28th at 9am saying that he recieved a directive from his management stating that if they fail to receive the report from Waidler by today (28th of Jan) they would pay my claim and waive my excess. Please bear in mind that i did not request such an email or ask about any feedback, they sent me this email on their own. I then received a call on the 28th at 16:50 from my assessor. He advised that he had information on the report and they will not be paying my claim due to information found on the report. Please note, he had not received the report but info regarding the report on the 28th. I then called Waidler on the 29th to enquire about the compilation of the report and when it was submitted. Waidler advised me that they had just sent iwyze the report on the 29th of January at 14:55. Iwyze had fed me misinformation. They told me they had the report on the 28th when indeed they only formally received the report on the 29th. Waidler did confirm that the report is dated the 29th of January and not the 28th. So as per their email, iwyze has to pay my claim as promised because they only received the report on the 29th. I know this is a technicality but they misrepresented information to me for their own benefit. Had i provided such misrepresentation to them, they would complety reject my claim on not being truthful. I am going to open a case on ***** against the asseor and iwyze as they have **** to me and i can not trust any information that they have given me in the past regarding my claim. The whole thing is their word against mine. The letter they had provided me regarding the rejection of my claim also contained misinformation. They stated that the assessor had advised me telephonically about the outome of my claim on the 29th of January, when in fact he called me on the 28th. Iwyze needs to get their story together as they have **** to me on many occasions. I cannot trust any validity of information regarding my claim and the outcome! I will be taking my experience to social media and share my story as many other iwyze clients have been cheated by iwyze because of technicalities and the holy "Waidler report" Iwyze needs to tell the truth! I refuse to let this go and i will fight them right until the very end!!!!!!!!!
