The experience was bad, i had an accident on the 18th of july 2023 and they failed to assist me

The experience was bad, i had an accident on the 18th of july 2023 and they failed to assist me. I was on the accident scene until it was dark. I had to drive back home with that car because their towing car failed to get the car. The finally took the car after almost two weeks. After the car was taken i had to call them and do follow ups because no one called me. I was told T Ndala was responsible for my case but he/she never called. That department was very rude to me so i had to go through the towing department in order for me to be assisted.
