The consultant was very polite, informative and understood my query very well. The consultant (Andrew) was patient and willing to go back through information that was already given. He showed a sense of welcoming and entertained all my questions .Generally when there is a query with other institutions in SA we as customers feel a sense of being pushed around once our business is signed up and this was not the case with Andrew .
