The company rating is more of a personal rating for Dikeledi Mathole. She was brilliant at assisting me, efficient, prompt and professional in her responses. She definitely went the extra mile to make things happen /to rectify. She was extremely patient, helpful and friendly whilst assisting me. She listened and communicated progress constantly….that was very important to me. Thanks again Dikeledi, you’re a star!
