The agent that did my quote used the wrong risk address, did not tell me about additional excess for accident withing certain hours and within 6 months of policy, he only used certain claims i had made and left out recent claims …the misrepresentation of information in order to get client cheaper quote is unacceptable as this will cause them to decline claims and a later stage
