Terrible terrible service

I got hijacked on the 26th of May iwyze only towed my recovered car from the police recovery centre 7days later to auction nation. My car has been going through so called assessments from the 6th of June till Wednesday the 29th of June. Mind you this car was not stripped or anything. I was told I would have my car back by the 1st of July by both Automagic and iwyze. Today is end of business day of the 4th of July, I haven’t got a call from either iwyze or automagic

Honestly I am disappointed at the service I am getting yet they stilll debt my account with out delay. Am annoyed! And I strongly do not recommend this insurance company
