Terrible terrible gap cover

I was admitted for surgery in November last year and submitted my claims at the beginning of Feb. Finally, my claims were finalized today but what I can say is that NOTHING was approved. I have a hospital bill of R29k which was declined on the basis that hospital accounts are not covered. I was declined for a claim where my med aid funds were depleted for a neck brace. I want to understand them WHAT IS covered. Clinton Pedro, when I hear his phone I already know I am going to hear some polite bullsh*t, but he doesn't really answer my questions sensibly.
