Terrible Service received from Iwyze

I am totally disgusted with Iwyze insurance. They are too quick to take your money but refuse to pay out when you need them. I am without a geyser from 11Dec 2019. I was told by a lady at the claims section at Iwyze, called Val, that they do not cover heat pumps that is linked to my geyser. I told her that I wanted the policy that states this and my recording when I took out the claim and I was just put on hold , wasting my call and eventually put the phone down. I went on line and reported it but someone bothered to callback. The only way to sort out these Insurers is to expose them. reporting it to 702 radio station is another option which I will explore, maybe then they will listen.
