Terrible Service from Old Mutual IWYZE - Stay away !!!!!!

I have submitted a claim after my car was bumped on the fender and wheel, on the 7th January 2019. I was asked to send pictures of the vehicle by their assessor (Straighthrough Procurement - Also terrible at their & very unprofessional , they never even bothered to call me only sent WhatsApp messages ) . Which after I sent they sent an estimate to IWYZE without the car being physically inspected!! I have since been waiting for my claim to be approved now and I've been getting a good run around for almost 3 weeks now I advise everyone NOT to insure with IWYZE, they are terrible !!!! Avoid them like the plague
