Terrible service from Iwyze

What a bad service from Iwyze. Being sent from post to post regarding my vehicle claim between Iwyze and their appointed Repair. The repair said they requested addition approvals from Iwyze and Iwyze says they sent the approval of additional to the repairer. But the repairer keep on saying they never received the approval from Iwyze. Therefore, the repairer cannot repair the additionals on my car. I had to call them every time for an update on my claim and still it's not yet sorted. I am very disappointed with the service that i am getting from Iwyze.
