Terrible service from iWyze

Took iWyze insurance on a car registered under my mother's name. Today they called me because somehow their agent or whoever missed this part. I had already cancelled my other insurance and the person who called me did not even have a suggestion like lets re-register the policy under your mother's name like we did before and make you regular driver. Luckily my other insurance took me back.
