Terrible service

Terrible service. I asked you guys to call me. I received No call. I emailed you. NO response. Later i phoned. You just transferred me to someone else. You said you are not going to insure my vehicle because you haven't received my inspection report. What a joke. On 22 march i received an email from you thanking me for the report. Someone is not doing there job. I call it bad management.
