Terrible service and claims process

I got into an accident 06 March 2021, my claim was approved. I was told at first that my car would be fixed. I kept calling to follow up on the progress because nobody was calling me to keep me updated, when eventually I was told my was taken to a s****yard because it is SUDDENLY a write off

Now I am being told they don’t actually know whether it’s repairable or a write off, they are still waiting for an assessment report, 2 months later!

I’m now forced to use public transport during a pandemic! Ridiculous service. DO NOT USE IWYZE!
