Terrible service

The worst possible insurance. They sit on emails and never respond even when you send reminders. They are only happy to take your premiums but never deal with claims speedily.

I submitted a claim in 2023 and to date they have not attended to it. Another one I literally had to complain daily before they attended to it. When some minor issues were identified by the OEM they just ignored the emails even from the panelbeater.

I would never recommend this insurance company if you dont want to deal with an insurance company that only wants your money but dont want to cover you.
