Terrible service!

I submitted a claim, with all documents attached. The agent only looked at one document and rejected the entire claim based on that. I called in to enquire about the rejection as no comms were recieved. The next agent apologised and advised me the claim was incorrectly rejected. You would think Iwyze would keep me updated on the claim, but now I can’t even get a response to an email.

Worst service!
