Terrible insurance

The company number will have you on hold whilst trying to cancel and then machine will cancel on you for a whole hour on the basis that the person on their extension is unavailable After which you ask to cancel your insurance for the subsequent month and you are told no you will not get a or prorated amount even though i was told i can give 2 working days by sales representative You will pay an excess for someone if they not your spouse even if you give permission for them to drive so not for unmarried people
