Terrible Customer Service – No Response to Policy Cancellation

I am extremely disappointed with Iwyze’s lack of professionalism and customer service. I sent an email requesting the cancellation of my life policy, yet I have received absolutely no response—no acknowledgment, no reference number, nothing. It’s unacceptable for a company handling such important policies to be this unresponsive.

If they can ignore a simple cancellation request, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get assistance when it's really needed. They will not be getting another cent from me! If you value efficient service and proper communication, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.
