Terrible customer service from IWYZE
I have been trying to cancel my life cover insurance with them since March 2020 to this day no-one is assisting me . The customer number rings continuously or when you manage to get through am told someone will call me back from the cancelling department which never happens. I have sent emails again no respond ,These people still go to my account to deduct . Please people do not take any policy with IWYZE absolutely useless
